We advise on all necessary procedures for your company registration in Singapore. A Pte Ltd can be fully foreign owned, but it needs a Singapore resident director.
Incorporation Cost: 1,200 SGD (includes setting up of Singapore bank account)
First year Company Secretary: Included in the above fee (filing and other charges handled on a case-by-case basis)
Nominee Director: 400 SGD/month
Registered Address: 600 SGD/year
